Abstract

Higher education, especially in military educational institutions and institutions with specific learning conditions, plays a key role in the formation of professional abilities and personal development of cadets. Ensuring the quality of education in such institutions is a priority task, as it affects the training of specialists who are assigned to perform important functions in the society and defense of Ukraine.

The organization of the quality assurance system includes the development and implementation of standards that correspond to the specifics of higher military education or education with specific conditions, ensures the same level of quality of education, conducting systematic internal and external evaluations, which helps to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the educational process and look for ways to improve it. constant improvement of qualifications and updating of practical skills of scientific and pedagogical staff, involvement of stakeholders and cadets in the process of assessing the quality of education through surveys. Discussion and participation in working groups allows you to get objective feedback and suggestions for improving the educational process. Taking into account the requirements of employers for future specialists makes it possible to adapt training programs for those seeking higher education to the needs of the labor market. 

The use of modern information technologies in the educational process contributes to increasing the efficiency and accessibility of education. Involvement of cadets in real service exercises and simulation exercises helps to develop their practical skills and ability to work in a team. Therefore, ensuring the quality of higher education in higher military educational institutions and institutions with specific learning conditions is a complex and multifaceted process that requires a systematic approach and constant improvement. 

The ways described in this article can serve as a basis for developing effective strategies for managing the quality of education and improving its effectiveness.
